Your order is shipped frozen to ensure quality. During summer months an ice pack will also be included.  All perishable items are carefully packaged for safe delivery. Refrigerate as soon as your product is received.

• Please allow 2-3 days to process orders
• Shipping and handling charges are calculated based upon geographic area and the weight of your product
• We do not ship products outside the United States
• Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, add an additional 3 days for delivery. Expedited shipping not available. Perishable products may require additional shipping charges
• Shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at recipient's address
• Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following week
• Orders to PO boxes are not accepted

Important: Please verify that the "ship to" address is correct and complete. Make sure to include the apartment number, room number or suite number. If the gift is going to a business include the company name and the person receiving the package.

During the holiday season, please allow extra time for processing.
